Welcome!

Hi everyone, and welcome to my blog!

This blog is dedicated to those that want to exercise and be healthy, all in the comfort of your own home!

I will be sharing daily workouts and tips on fitness, diet and general health, and welcome any ideas you might like me to blog about.

I am starting this blog as Summer isn't far off, so those beach bodies become a priority, and I know many of you dread that three letter word known as the GYM.

Everything I will blog about can be done at home in your own privacy, and I'll also be sharing workouts you can do at the beach, in a park, or for those that do have gym memberships, something for you guys too!

I'll be sharing tips on how to diet without dieting, how to make your own gym equipment for at-home use, and anything that can help you look your best for that all important time of year!




I'll also be offering the very cheapest online personal training service you'll see, so you can have your very own customised workout to follow at home (or the beach/park/gym) each week!

Nutrition/diet is also of utmost importance, and this will be included in my blogs and online training.
